The brand new roof they fitted leaked and took a year to repair completely. 1st Choice Roofing demanded over £350 from an 85 year old pensioner to repair the leaking roof they newly fitted. 1st Choice Roofing also have refused to pay for internal damage caused by the leaking roof they fitted. If you employ or support 1st Choice Roofing then you will be supporting a company that demands, using bully tactics, money from Pensioners (85 years old in this case). 1st Choice Roofing very rarely arrive on site when agreed and break appointment promises with no communication. Once they have your money it seems that their next task is to see if they can extract any more from the customer to fix the substandard work that they deliver. 1st Choice do not support despite repeated requests, a Guarantee for the work they carry out which concludes they know this is substandard. It`s critical to warn people about 1st Choice Roofing and their rouge activities before they cause additional distress to any further vulnerable people.
